This is the best forge your going to get in thus price range. The length makes it ideal for longer knives, swords and long pieces of metal. It holds the heat so well, stand back as you light it because this thing ROARS. Works extremely well, and would definetly recommend.

To be honest it aucks, bad heating section i doesnt heat equally, bricks were broken, doesnt bring the heat high enough to weld unless you leave it there for 1 hour, eats alot of propane, cant close both doors because it creates too much preasure, tryied it couple of times, almost exploded in my face 3 times, over id give it a 0 start but lowest i can go is 1, do not buy this product if you are to forge.

Right now 2 stars for poor packaging. 2 of the 3 fire bricks were broken into multiple pieces because of poor packaging. Forge looks good though, I may update and add stars if it works well. **UPDATED** to 4 stars. The company sent me 4 thicker bricks to replace the 2 broken ones. Forge is pretty good but needs slides on the burners to control oxygen flow and separate valves so they can be turned on or off individually. I'm planning to modify and add both of those.

This is my 3rd forge and i'm extremely happy with it, I love the doors, the close proximity of the burners, and stainless plasma finish! Works exactly as promised and heats alloys quickly! I also purchased their smelting furnace and love it, very happy with all of their products, and will continue to purchase from this seller!

Really inconvenient to use. Incomplete instructions. Poor design.
