Hanke 16 Inch Underseat Small Carry On Luggage, Hard Shell with TSA Lock

Needed something simple to fly roundtrip alone in one day. Wanted smaller and lighter than a carry-on, but easier than a bag to navigate through an airport. Didn't want to pay much. This bag checks those boxes, with plenty of room for a few cosmetics and change of light clothes/shoes. Could be adequate for overnight if you pack light. Zippers, wheels, construction: seems well-made. Rolls easily. Feels sturdy to open/unzip, and mine easily lays flat despite other reviews. Inside has plenty of organizational pockets and sections, although there is NOT an outside pockets for paperwork/phone etc. I have not traveled with it yet, but I do have 2 concerns (none of which is a deal-breaker for the 5 stars). 1. I have ZERO expectations that this will fit under a seat; I will update if it fits, but I really doubt it, don't expect underseat. 2. The telescoping handle seems just a little loose and fragile, but the bag will be light so I think that it's adequate. If any of the above changes after travel in a few weeks, I will update. Otherwise, this bag exceeded expectations for price. UPDATE: Did everything I asked of it on a quick flight by myself. I even quietly ignored the last minute checking of all roller bags before boarding the smaller plane. It did fit (just barely, w wheels tucked) on the small overhead compartment <<whew>>. 5 star plus!!!

Love this suitcase!!! It's small but mighty!!! It's a werkender on its own or an overall addition to checked bags. I've not been on a single flight this suitcase didn't fit in the aircraft overhead or under the seat!! The wheels are smooooth!! My travel purse hooks onto the handle perfectly and so I can quickly stroll through any airport or out & about!!! The only thing I do wish is the carrying handle was easier to grab. It's tightly against the suitcase and makes for quick grab a little difficult..... but with that, I still 100% recommend this suitcase. Just be mindful of the carrying handle and if you or intended person has mobility issues with their hands to quickly grab. This suitcase literally glides so it's worth purchase for me.

This is a really nice suitcase . Wheels roll smooth and quiet . Fits a good amount of stuff for a 3 or 4 day trip . Lock works great . Stylish looking .

Overall, a nice little suitcase. Lightweight, seems sturdy. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a handle on the bottom to make it easier to lift into the trunk of the car. UPDATE: Nor only is the suitcase lacking a handle on the bottom, but the handles are so tight, it is hard to grab them to take the suitcase off the conveyor belt. I ended up on the floor in baggage claim after I tried to grab it going by. I would downgrade this to 3 stars if I could.

I had originally written a fairly scathing review, as the suitcase I had received was used and in fairly poor condition. However, I was able to contact the seller and they were friendly and quickly sent me a new suitcase with no extra charge. The suitcase itself is very nice. It rolls smoothly, the built in lock is sturdy, and the really like the pockets inside the suitcase itself.

Sleek, smooth, and spacey! I absolutely love it! There is so much space in it and the sizes are accurate as advertised!

I have used this suitcase on 4 or 5 trips in the last 6 months. It has no wear or issues. this is very sturdy, four way roller. It is very small and compact, and is compatible for all airlines to bring on the plane. It comes with a lot of storage — it is not detachable, so be warned. I cut out one of the storage sleeves and kept one, so I could use more of the space inside. You can do the same with no issue, or keep and use both built-in storage panels. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a tiny roller, you will never be made to check it — it is also IDEAL if you travel with anything fragile/delicate. I have traveled with very delicate/valuable things inside it because it is a) a hard-sided suitcase and b) small enough it never has to be checked. So you can keep your valuables with you, and well-protected. I would and have recommended it.

Light weight and easy glide. Holds 2 outfits, 1pair of shoes, makeup bag, 2 brushes, flat iron and curling iron with room to spare. Can’t go wrong.

This luggage is fantastic, rolls extremely smooth over carpet and pavement. I travel a lot and all my luggage gets beaten up and breaks, so far this has been to 7 countries and counting. The color is great, easy to find at the airports.

I love the colour and functionality but it’s a little smaller than my cloth one with the alleged same dimensions. Just wish it was a tad bigger!

Great luggage, with a sleek look to them. They still scuff like any hardshell luggage would, but not as noticeable due to the outer pattern. Wheels are silent, and smooth as the day is long. Handle feels sturdy. Would reccomend.

Great Case

Bought as a gift for my sister at Xmas 24, after checking all easyJet size restrictions. Used for first time last week flying with easyJet and had to pay £48 at gate as it didn’t fit in easyJet’s size check. The depth at the side is 20cm but at the handle it’s 22cm - and it wasn’t even full.
