Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium Coffee and Espresso Machine by De'Longhi - Chrome

Addicted. Love this coffee/expresso machine. Use it every morning. Like it so much got one work.

This machine is awesome! The coffee is much richer than you get with Kuerig, complete with crema! It’s a little loud, but that is a small consolation compared to the great cup of coffee you get. The pods are expensive but I find one cup ti be so satisfying that I don’t go for my usual second cup.

Used! I have read reviews where people have received used items. Well, it happened to me waited for this machine so excited to use. It opened it up and it was dirty and used so disappointed.

Not the best design. Rather cumbersome to use. This is not what I would buy again. The one that I replaced was so much better. I don’t like this model.

Muy mala calidad no duran nada

I couldn’t get rid of a strong plastic taste/smell despite running several containers of water through this machine. It left a multi-colored film in plain water brewed through the machine, so the hot water may be interacting with plastic components while brewing. Brews cold too. Do not buy. This machine is unsafe junk.

Sent this to my daughter in Germany. It only lasted a few weeks and shorted out inside. Blew the breaker in her apartment. I messaged the seller but got no reply so she sent it back. We are still waiting on the refund.

Nespresso virtuoso is the best coffee machine.

It’s too bad that the pods are so expensive- but you can buy the supplies on Amazon for refilling the different types of pods. For expresso coffee you need the expresso pods (they have a code on the underside of the rim that the machine reads and they only expend enough water for a small cup. For the larger lattes and flavoured coffee, cappuccinos you need to check the colour codes on the packages and they expend more water for a larger cup of coffee.

All my Nespresso are garbage now! Doesn’t come out hot tastes gross like wth! Mr coffee machine with ground beans way better wow I go to Starbucks every morning now and I soent so much money on nespresso

As mentioned, the first unit I bought lasted a month at which point it just stopped doing anything. I called the manufacturer and I can't believe how easy the replacement process was. I had a new machine sitting at my door in less than 48hrs and I just used the same box to ship the old one back using a prepaid shipping label.

My old Nespresso broke. I heard some not great things about the Nespresso next but I took a shot and so far it’s great. Love the sleek look too.
