When I first got this I was in love with the color of the mouse and keyboard. I was so excited to use it for work but my keyboard was not working properly even though my mouse was working. I contacted customer service for keyboard and mouse and explained what was going on. They sent me out a new keyboard and mouse. I was told it would take 3 to 7 business days mind you I called on Friday and Monday when I got off work it was sitting on my steps. My new keyboard is working just fine.

I’m really happy with this wireless keyboard! It was easy to set up, connected quickly, and works exactly how I needed it to. I love not having extra cords everywhere, because apparently my desk already has enough chaos without adding one more wire to the situation. The keys feel comfortable to type on, and it’s lightweight enough to move around but still feels practical for everyday use. It’s great for work, school, browsing, or pretending your life is organized because your keyboard area looks cleaner. Overall, this is a great wireless keyboard. Easy to use, convenient, and definitely a 5-star purchase for me.

I also love the LED lights, which add a cool touch and can be adjusted to fit my preference. The adjustable wrist rest is a game-changer, providing excellent support during long typing sessions. My wrists feel comfortable, and I no longer have to worry about strain. Overall, this keyboard has completely exceeded my expectations. DISAPPOINTED!! If I can give no stars to this product I would. 1. First, the mouse was not in the box. 2. Secondly, the keyboard would not pair despite trying various pairing methods. Only seemed to work with the wire it came with. But the purpose was to have a “wireless” keyboard and only use the plug to charge. 3. Third, the support wrist was hard as a brick. It will definitely cause pain after little use. Only thing that was promising about this product was the light feature. The overall feel of the keys was uncomfortable. I typed up a mock paragraph to get the feel of it and I was already experiencing pain on my right wrist. My advice is run! Don’t put your hard work earned money on this product. Tried reaching customer service with the information on the slip and got through to NO ONE.

This is beautiful. I use the pink backlight. It is fantastic and I love it. It feels like the old typewriter I learned typing on. (Before computers)LOL. The battery lasted me about 12 days. That is with an average 40 hr work week. So you do need to remember to recharge it. Although if you run low, the back light goes out, but the keyboard still works. Went to the end of the work day, and then it's time to charge! You do need to actually type these keys; no soft touch, or it may not register the click. But if you are heavy-handed as I am. Had to learn by hitting the keys to "bold" what you typed. Then it is great. Even with more direct typing, it is pretty quiet, not silent, but quiet. I have larger hands (wear large-size gloves), and there is plenty of room. This is plug and play, so setup (other than having to charge it) is a breeze. I have spent a lot more money on keyboards that had much better battery life, but didn't make me smile every time I tapped a key. So, the value to me is pretty good. I would absolutely recommend this for kids and adults. It works great, and it just makes you smile.

I really like this keyboard. It doesn't have a loud clicking/typing noise, it's just enough to tell YOU you're typing. The size is perfect, exactly what I was looking for. It's taking me a little to get used to it since I've been using a my MacBooks keyboard for a couple years. I really appreciate the switch from MAC to windows button, it's a really nice feature. The mouse is nice and connected seamlessly to my MacBook Pro along with the keyboard. My only issue is the Num Lock button. It doesn't work, so I can't use the ALT+ codes feature. I reached out to amazon and got a replacement keyboard sent to me within a day or two only to find that it has the same issue. My next step is to reach out to the actual vendor and see if there's an upgrade or drive I need to fix it. Other than that it's absolutely, amazing! If you don't use the short codes regularly or at all then this keyboard is the one for you! I also like the magnetic wrist thing they sent but it was too low for me, I ended up buying a wrist pad to put on top of the magnetic rest they sent and it fit perfectly (https://a.co/d/g725gpR ). for the price I paid all together, its great! I was looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse for my laptop. Originally I had a keyboard that was three times the price in my cart before coming across this one. I really liked the look and colors of this keyboard but was worried about how different it would feel with these types of keys. I have been nothing but impressed with this keyboard. The keys don’t feel too different from the typical square keys. The backlight colors are vibrant and beautiful. The sound of the keys is fantastic. Not too loud but still relaxing. It feels very sturdy and stable. So far I’ve only charged the keyboard and mouse once and it’s lasted over a month. I don’t use it everyday but I never switch them off so its auto-off feature is great. Sometimes I work from home and utilize two laptops and it’s super easy to just switch the receiver from one to the other and continue working. I also like that you just need one receiver for the keyboard and mouse! I plan to purchase another set for the office. Very impressed with this keyboard and mouse.

Typing on it feels soft and unresponsive, which can be frustrating, especially for long sessions. The mouse is decent, but nothing special. On the plus side, the 2.4G wireless connection is reliable, and the detachable wrist rest is comfortable. If you’re looking for a basic, visually appealing keyboard, it works fine. But if you care about a solid, satisfying typing experience, there are better options out there. Just okay, but not great.

Just got this keyboard and mouse combo set up and it’s already a fun addition to my workspace. The retro-style keys are comfortable to type on, and the lighting options are a cool touch—especially in the evenings. Did I say that you can change backlight colours based on your mood? Wireless connection is solid so far, no lag. Haven’t fully tested the battery life yet, but it looks promising!

Feels like an expensive mechanical keyboard. I really enjoy how it feels.

Worked great for the first month, noticed that it felt very very cheap. Functioned as expected. Mouse suddenly stopped working and won't charge. Don't reccomend buying, get something better quality
