This hose is metal coiled with pretty robust connectors. I put this hose through its paces and it was extremely hard to have it kink, I actually tied it up in a knot to get it to do that but it didn't slow the water down one bit. It is very durable, I pulled it through a construction site, over and around brick, block, dirt, stone, and whatever else I could find and this hose kept on working.The hose is lighter than I thought it would be, more flexible too. The hose came with some extra items, they may be useful as the hose should last a long time and extra washers and teflon tape may be good to have. One thing I wasn't keen on is that the diameter of the hose didn't seem as robust as many other hoses, the stream was steady just not plentiful. It looks like this will be around for quite some time.

This is a lightweight yet durable and flexible garden hose. It was easy to connect to the water in the backyard and I like that it has 10 different modes that can be used to spray the water. My nephews and niece particularly enjoy the "mist" setting to mist down in the warm and humid weather. I enjoy all of the settings to use to spray my grass and plants. The hose is a great and long size which is perfect for me and is also leak proof which I love.

I really enjoy expandable hoses to quickly get out and water planters and hanging baskets around the yard. Most expandable hoses I have seen are in the 20 or 50 foot variety so the 25' version is nice, the extra 5 feet do make a difference.The hose itself maybe does not recoil or return to as tight or small of a hose as some other expandable hoses but it also feels like the hose itself may be of a thicker material and might be more durable.The connections are brass and have a nice rubber collar between the brass and fabric material of the hose which should help longevity.It also comes with a few extra rubber washers which is a nice touch.It loses a star from me because these hoses in general restrict the flow rate from the spigot. It is usually not an issue but this hose cannot provide enough flow rate to use on a 2.5gpm residential power washer which causes it to sputter and lose pressure. It also is likely not powerful enough to wash a car with enough power.So it does have limitations due to the restrictive flow rate but it is a high quality expandable hose.

I am very pleased with the quality of this hose. The outer material is made of a thick, cloth-like material and provides adequate protection to the inner hose. The fittings are made of a quality brass material. I am particularly pleased with the inclusion of an shut off valve at the point of the end of the hose where the water flows out. This makes it easy to stop the flow of the water when at a distance to the faucet. The hose expands to its full length when water is flowing through and returns to the shorter state when emptied of water. It is both lightweight and easy to store. It also ships with a durable storage bag and a handy plastic multi-pattern spray nozzle.

This hose is durable and does what it claims. It is lightweight and does not kink. I loved that it is an expanding hose that doesn't take up as much space as a traditional hose. I have not had any issues with leaking. I highly recommend this product.

This is a great hose. It did not get linked like most hoses. However if you own chickens beware because my chickens pecked a hole in my hose :(

After only 10 minutes of use, the spray nozzle handle broke off! For an almost $50 hose is this is the best you could do?? Don't play with my money...I had to earn it! Do better!
