yes I'm afraid so. I know I was disappointed once I got the set that I ordered. they actually cost cheaper here at my local grocery store then this price of almost $40.they are the same size as the fun size candy bars.

There are approximately 14 bars per bag according to the packaging. Thank You

Just opened an 11 oz bag which contained 14 fun size bars, so individually, they must be about 4/5 oz each. I'd expect to have 16 bars in a 12.5 oz bag.
