Machine washable, leak-proof, thermally effective, with good suction function. My only critique is that the straw is not only far too short for this bottle, but it's inexplicably slanted at one end(?)... most importantly, the quality of the internal straw piece is not up to par. I am disappointed enough in the flawed straw, that it kept this product from getting a perfect 5-star review. I really hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as Hydroflask's competition are making more durable straws (that do reach the bottom of the bottle, all shade intended) designed with more resilience. In my opinion, the straw is crucial! I am surprised that it isn't common practice to include a backup internal straw piece, as well. I do love the color, and the incredible quality of the rest of the product means I can't give it a bad review (no matter how salty I am about this ridiculous excuse for a straw).

I bought this Hydro Flask 24 oz with the Flex Straw Cap in Moonshadow to replace one I had lost. After reading tons of great reviews, I felt confident it would live up to the hype. While I do love the size—it’s convenient to carry for work—and the straw cap is a great feature, I’m really disappointed in its performance. The biggest issue: it doesn’t keep drinks cold for long. I fill it with ice water in the morning, and by midday the liquid is already warm. For a product marketed for its insulation and temperature retention, this is unacceptable—especially considering the price point and brand reputation. I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately, it just doesn’t deliver.

Water bottle quality is amazing easy to clean, keeps cold for hours , only thing it it doesn’t hold that much water I have 3 bottles same brand but this one only holds one bottle of water .. but it is still an amazing product

The spout on this is so tiny you can barely drink from it. I’ve ordered these before and they were great, they must’ve changed the design. Awful.
