Can't get into details, but my husband was taking them and seemed invigorated overall. He said he was getting more from his workouts, felt stronger and he said he felt like he recuperated from the workouts faster. I noticed he had more energy and overall just seemed like his mood improved. They are not hard to take since theyre regular capsules. I thought they were a good value so I already bought a second bottle when we ran out. We could see a noticeable improvement in how he felt when he took it. Seems like a great quality product.
