I bought this so I can put it in my waterpik. I tried regular peroxide and then found this medical food grade peroxide. I have to have my teeth cleaned every 4 months and my dentist recommended I use peroxide. It does seem to help keep my gums healthy.

I love keeping food grade Hydrogen P on hand. A healthy stabilizer to increase shelf life for many things. I use it to create shelf stable bottled water for emergencies and for produce wash.

I have tried everything and many high priced toothpaste, this product should be the go to, 1000% works better than anything!

I ise this product to washy tooths and makes them whiter and excellent for the gums as well great product and quality as well i see a big difference and for any one with issues in gums helps regenerate and keep them healthy this is my personal experience i add baking soda of top quality no the yellow box it has aluminium i buy a free aluminium baking soda from healthy stores only and makes a big difference i try yellow box and not impressed at all
