This is an attractive little plug-in desk lamp that is loaded with extra features that are actually useful. Although it is lightweight and very portable, it is solidly made, with a sturdy but very flexible neck so the light can be pointed anywhere. There are two unobtrusive touch switches, one is for on/off, and the other is "mode" -four different levels of light from dim to very bright. There are also two integrated standard USB ports for charging and there is even a raised edge for a phone stand. In addition, there are two storage compartments that look like pencil or pen holders.The power is provided by a standard A/C plug which connects to the lamp with a USB-c, so you could presumably replace the power cord with a high speed dual USB-c cord, and run the lamp from a car charger or any other USB-c port.This is a great desk lamp, but it would also be a perfect solution for people who need a little more light to do fine work, like model painting or fine stitching, I can see taking this on a camping trip, or even using it as an aid when doing podcasts with video, especially since the design of the lamp appears to allow someone to set up a phone at a good angle while pointing an adjustable light at the face.
