Check both wall outlet bases
Product works fast, only issue I have is 1 of the 2 dont work at all. The wall outlet base doesn't work for half of what I paid for.

Very fast charging
Whenever I review a charger, one of the main things I look at is charging speed -- standard, Fast Charging, or Super Fast Charging. When I plugged this charger into my Android phone, I saw something I'd never seen before: The phone said "Super Fast Charging 2.0"! Hopefully, that's a good thing.I love the idea that when it's important, you can charge your phone as quickly as possible. However, I've read that fast (or super fast) charging is not necessarily good for the battery, long-term, as it may generate more heat. That may be something to look into, but it's not specific to this item.I will note that the user manual states (in pretty broken English) that you should plug the charger into the WALL first, and only THEN plug the cable into the phone. When I've researched this issue in the past, the consensus was that this MAY have been true with very primitive chargers, but that it's no longer an issue, given the sophisticated circuitry built into modern chargers. So now, the question in my mind is this: By telling you you must plug the charger into the wall first, are they just being overly cautious, are they using outdated information, or does their product not have the sophisticated circuitry that supposedly makes this a non-issue?Although this charger works well, I'm now a bit worried about quality or sophistication of the circuitry.
