It's OK if not used too ambitiously
The unit itself is good and groovy. The bits and nice and well presented and having all together saves a lot. But, the cable is far too short, it only has enough power to cut a5mm deep Grove with the 6.35 bit, and the guide is utterly useless! Build a jig, don't go too deep and keep an eye on the cable and it did what I needed it to.

Cheap, cheerful and great!
Cheap and cheerful! Only needed to route out the reverse of new skirting board for a medium sized room - and it did the job perfectly. I knew that o wouldn’t need a major branded router - so I went for the cheaper option as I probably won’t use it again but there is still loads of life in it. Great that it came with an assortment of cutters as well. Perfect

Router bits broke
The router is a good strong tool but the router bits are cheap and nasty. Only used a couple of the bits and the one broke and the other was blunt within an hour of use. Not impressed

Clean the parts
Arrived intact. Neat display of assorted bits. My tip-- Before inserting the bit, remove the securing nut and collet, polish the internal sleeve of the collet (I used 600 grit wet and dry) do the same for the shanks of the assorted bits otherwise they are a sticky fit due to residue. It remains to be seen how durable this unit is but overall it seems a good buy.

Worst toy router I've ever used!
What a load of rubbish! Guide is flimsy and made from weak material spoiling your job, the router bit vibrates loose spoiling your job, the electric lead is only 1m long what an appalling product! I spoilt two doors while trying to router a fire strip groove. doors cost £80 each not to mention the time wasted lugging around 40kg doors around! I'm never going to buy cheap rubbish ever again. Instructions were rubbish too!
