Simply Scrumptous Fat Free Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Since first reading about these muffins, I was very eager to try them. I received them this morning and was extremely impressed by the presentation. They come in a divided box with each muffin individually wrapped. I made some coffee and unwrapped my muffin. They are very moist and have a consistency somewhere between a cake and a brownie. The first bite was amazing, but they are really sweet so I was pretty much finished with it by the third bite. I gave the rest of the box to my doormen to enjoy. I am hoping that it was just the chocolate muffin that is so sweet, and I am definitely going to order another flavor of this muffin.

I really like these. Kind of expensive but very tasty and not as unhealthy as some other choices

Sorry, but this product was a taste disappointment. I love corn muffins. I know what they taste like even if low-fat. What these lose in fat they make up for in sweet. The sweet taste is to me, overpowering. There is no corn flavor. They pack a lot of carbs in a small muffin. So if I am going to have to budget my carbs, these muffins are making me overspend.

They were gummy. Like not fully baked. I threw them out

My only concern is that when delivered, they have defrosted.
