Great Pasta
Lovely pasta in exactly the shape I wanted. Very long shelf life. It wasn't the smartest idea to place a large and unremovable sticky label, advising that cooking instructions could be found on the pack, so as to obscure completely the cooking instructions on the pack!! For anyone interested, cooking time is approx. 9 minutes.

Very good expire date, today is 9 February 2024. Garofalo pasta is one of the best Italian’s pasta. It is a pasta that holds up well when cooked and when al dente you can taste the sincere flavor of the pasta, therefore I highly recommend this brand. Thanks to the Seller for bringing this pasta to the UK.

Ditalini pasta soup
I have always used ditali for my pasta soup even before Amazon I use to buy at Asda but for some reason they stopped selling them. I am glad to have found now another source. Garofalo is my favourite supplier.thank you very much

Pasta Garofalo ditali di ottima qualità, cotta al dente perfetta per zuppe o sughi rustici. Sapore autentico e consistenza ideale, si tiene bene in cottura. La confezione da 500g è comoda per porzioni familiari, la ricomprerò. Amazon fresh top come sempre.
