These came long dated (mine are stamped 2024 as the expiry) and are teeny tiny, so easy to swallow. I kept 3 boxes for myself and gave 3 to my daughter, because whilst she is a financial leech, I am willing to rise above it all and share my inexpensive medicine with her.I do recommend taking these at least 15 minutes before you expose your face to the outside elements - I took one as I was walking out the door one morning and suffered all the way to work. And then suffered AT work, but that's coz I don't like my job rather than anything to do with hayfever.Only thing I did find was that on very high pollen days, this medication doesn't do as well. I found I still sneezed and had quite itchy eyes, but in all fairness I have yet to find a nonprescription medicine that works 100% of the time, regardless of the pollen count.Definitely worth the purchase (£6 for 6 months of meds works for me) and a great back up in case you run out of more expensive stuff or you can't get your prescription on time.

These antihistamine tablets are the only ones that work for me I've tried other ones but always gone back to allacan.
