Fimo air air Drying Modelling Clay, White, Ready to use, no Burning Process Necessary, 250 g, Pleasant Feel, Does not Stick, at Least 95% Natural raw Materials, 8103-0

The FIMO Air dries beautifully but it is very sticky to work with making using a rod to roll it out uniformly almost impossible. You have to constantly add corn starch or some other product to keep the clay from sticking to your hands and any utensils you may need to use. I would use this all of the time if it wasn’t so expensive, was more available, and less sticky. The stickiness can ruin details or smoothness when pieces pull off of the clay. It’s a little like working with chewing gum. You can sprinkle a little cornstarch to cut stickiness but I find that it dries the clay out. I’d rather use clay as is, if possible. But when it dries… When FIMO Air dries you get a very smooth and pleasant feeling product. Surprisingly, it dries faster than some of my other clays with very little shrinkage or warping. The end product is very strong.
