I'm a lady of a age where I'm sprouting dark hairs all over my chin, neck and jawline. I've been plucking them, but anyone who's tried to keep up with that knows they grow in places you can't see all that well. And they also snap off when you're trying pluck them. Shaving is pointless, they just grow back in days, and I'm not a fan of the fuss of waxing, either salon or diy, so I thought I might try this.Yes it hurts, but no more than plucking, except the little machine is plucking a whole bunch one after the other. Its not a whisper quiet little machine either, so if you're a very private person wait until youre home alone, or turn some music on.But it does work on all types of facial hair, fine or coarse. To get the coarse ones you'll be plucking the fine ones at the same time, it's not precise enough to target one hair, like tweezers.My advice is use really good fresh lithium batteries. It makes a difference. Weaker cheap or rechargeable ones means it runs slower.

I honestly had little faith in a battery powered epilator - but the reviews convinced me- and thanks to all for convincing me- this is excellent- does exactly what I need it to do and long lasting results- smooth skin- chin hairs removed- worth every penny

I get a couple of stray hairs either side of my chin and was finding it hard to pull them out with tweezers. This does the job! You may have to go over the hair a couple of times but great. No sore bits or red marks.

A massive step up from what I was using before. It works perfectly. This was my first time using a proper epilator and, aside from the slight pain of the hairs getting yanked out and the redness that naturally follows, it was a fantastic experience. I have hirsutism that affects the hairs on my chin, so I quite literally grow a beard with thick hairs, and this pulled them all out, no problem, and left the skin smooth, unlike my previous miniature epilator that only cut the hairs short and left the area a lot more irritated, and that’s if you were lucky. Any redness went down on its own in an hour or two. I have to go over the area a few times to get everything, but once it catches a hair, it pulls it out without fail. I had them all out after about 5 minutes. It even got the peach fuzz. I was so worried that I would have to shell out something closer to £100 for one that may or may not work from a bigger brand for it to be effective, but I’m so glad that I listened to the reviews and tried this one out. I have very little experience with epilators, but I don’t think I would ever buy another brand.

Value for money does the job like the more expensive models.

I absolutely love my new 2-in-1 trimmer. The eyebrow trimmer attachment is small which makes it easy to target above and below the eyebrow areas with ease. I also like the circular facial hair remover because it glides over my skin without any pain. It’s easy to clean

This is a present for a friend, I got myself one earlier in the year and just love it. She's been complaining about having her face waxed. So no more.
