Almost the exact same look and with that I mean the rubber feet on the bottom is a little smaller,,,That is it.After charging for 10 hours to hep the BMS it says 4 to 5 hours of batter life.This is what the OEM did when new. Wish the company did a recycle program. gladly pay to send it to them....Thank you --

Battery will not charge. Total waste of time and money.

Good battery for the Lenovo X220 laptop. So far, it is holding the charges for more than two hours.

The battery I received never charged to more than 80% and depleted its charge must too fast. I was hoping for the 7-9 hours some folks reported to get but the best I got was about 4 hours. I was a lot better than the old original 6 cell battery but it was nowhere near what I paid for. UPDATE*- I received my refund as expected but I also received a replacement battery, UNSOLICITED, from the manufacturer. The new battery charged fully and has been in use for a full week as of this update. It is working as it should with about 6 hours average time per charge. If the manufacturer stands behind his product like this, I can recommend at least trying them.

This battery is great as soon as I put it in.It's started to write up just what I ordered because I needed this battery.Because my p c wasn't working in the battery was dead.

I've had this battery for over a week now and it consistently lasts about 12 hours on a full charge. The laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad x220 that only gets light use - web browsing, word processing, some light games. Pretty solid battery life for a replacement. Note that this is the extra capacity battery, so it extends a bit from the back of the laptop and makes it a bit heavier.

Battery has an excellent quality. Came well packed and made my Thinkpad X220 alive again. I am using for about 2 months and I use Linux xfce system and last me around 6-7h with moderate use, around 2 hours watching videos and a lot of you tube. The fit is snug, it is a little darker than my laptop colour but it blends well. It showed as Sanyo cells and 110% charge is holding back, I cannot see degradation so far. It is working well for me.
