SorelWomen's Out 'N About III Low Waterproof Sneaker

I bought these shoes to wear on a trip to Ireland. They are comfortable, waterproof, and attractive. I like the wider toe box.

These sneakers are really cute. I normally wear Adidas tennis shoes with all my outfits and these will be a good stand in for rainy days. I found them to be lightweight, well cushioned, and flexible to walk in. I ordered half a size up based on other reviews and I'm so glad I did because otherwise they'd be harder to slip on and off without untying the laces. I got them for a recent trip I'm going on and since I'll be doing sightseeing I don't want rainy days to define what I can and can't do. I have another pair of SOREL shoes that are still in perfect condition after 7 years of use in NYC so I have a good experience with this brand.

Only reason for 4 stars is that they have 0 arch support and are not quite as padded in the sole as previous versions. They are still comfortable. I had to size up 1/2 size even though they are super wide and roomy, they are a tiny bit shorter than previous versions. I like the green color even though the different sections are not quite the same shade. Still a good looking tennis shoe.

The shoe is well made and more like a little bootie, waterproof and rugged. I was hoping to take these on a trip to London this winter for for mostly urban walking and rainy days; but I just can't get comfortable in them. The rubber that goes all around the toe area is very rigid; while great for bad weather it gets uncomfortable. I generally need orthotics and tried a few different insoles to see if I could improve the comfort. There's just something about the heel or rubber that seems to affect my stride. I'll still wear them places, but nothing that requires a lot of walking, unfortunately. So cute I really hoped I could travel with them but after one long walk in them I was actually miserable :(

I have a slight fear of having wet feet. The year was 2022 and the ride was Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls. My go-to park shoes (Brookes) got soaked and after trudging around Universal Studios for the rest of the day, my feet have never fully recovered.The Sorel Out N About III's are not the most amazingly comfortable shoes you will ever buy. They are cute, but they are heavy. After wearing them for a day, my feet felt fine but my legs were tired - but not to the point that sitting down for a spell didn't fix. I also walked around in them for hours in the rain (walking through puddles and all) and I was the only person in my group with dry feet. No joke, they are 100% WATERPROOF. For me, they are worth every penny I spent on them. Definitely size up, though. I typically wear an 8.5 but I am happy that I went with a 9 for these.

The design of this pair of shoes is great and stylish. However, after trying them on I found that it got very uncomfortable just after half an hour. While the overall fit appears right, it is tight from the front of the shoe. This is after sizing up. I usually wear medium-width shoes. I really wanted to keep these but unfortunately had to return them as it was just too uncomfortable to wear. These might work for someone with narrow feet.

I wore these for two weeks around Europe. In the past, I’ve worn “supportive” sneakers, boots, or running shoes. These were fantastic. My socks remained dry in downpours, my feet were comfortably supported throughout long walks across various terrain including lots of cobblestone, and they fit true to size. Brilliant. I admit they are a little stiffer walking around pavement than I would normally like, but they were perfect for uneven terrain and the super hard surfaces of rocky roads.

I recently picked up the Sorel Waterproof Sneakers, and overall, I’m very happy with them. They check a lot of boxes for what I need in a casual, all-weather sneaker. I bought them so I could wear them in and out of work during the rain or winter. That way I don't have to wear my boots and bring tennis shoes to change into.Pros:True to Size: These sneakers fit perfectly, true to size. I didn’t have to worry about sizing up or down, and they were comfortable right out of the box. No need for a break-in period, which was great!Waterproof: I’ve worn these in the rain and damp conditions, and they really do keep your feet dry. The waterproofing is a big plus for me, especially in unpredictable weather.Comfortable & Supportive: The sneakers are comfortable for all-day wear ( I walk a lot at work.) They have decent arch support for a sneaker, and the cushioned sole helps keep my feet comfortable during walks or running errands.Stylish & Versatile: These shoes have a sleek, sporty design that goes well with jeans, leggings, or casual skirts. They’re a nice balance of practical and stylish, so I can wear them to do outdoor activities or just as part of my everyday outfit.Cons:Can Get a Little Hot: While they’re great at keeping your feet dry, the sneakers can make my feet a bit warm, especially when I’m on the move for longer periods. The materials seem to hold in heat, so they’re not the best choice for extremely hot weather.Overall Thoughts: The Sorel Waterproof Sneakers are a solid choice if you need a reliable, comfortable, and waterproof shoe for all kinds of weather. They fit well, keep my feet dry, and look great with a variety of outfits. My only issue is that they can get a bit warm during prolonged wear, but otherwise, they’re a great addition to my wardrobe.

I like the color of this shoes and it’s purpose but it feels funny when your feet on it’s shape. Need to get half size up on your original size as it may hurt your toes. Tongue of the shoes is rubbing top of ny foot and it’s uncomfortable so I have to place a paper towel to protect the spot that’s rubbing. Otherwise I like it

I really like these. Plenty room for my toes without rubbing. Super sole. Very comfortable too. Worth the price for happy feet.

Very happy with the shoes. I'm usually a US 8.5, I order US 9 and it fits perfectly well. Looks great. I'm planning to spray the outer with the rain protection spray anyway, as the lace and a few other trims are not waterproof. If you don't want to get your socks wet, you'd still have to wear waterproof over pants as water could seep in from around the ankle.

I'm not sure what all the controversy is around these shoes. I was nervous to order them but Amazon has a great return policy. They're perfectly comfortable. Maybe a bit stiff in the sole but I'm not looking to walk on clouds. My only "complaint" would be that the material of the shoe makes a "swishing" sound when I walk? I think I can live with it. I have several pairs of Sorel boots and they have yet to let me down!!
