I bought this scale with high expectations. The scale arrived with clear and easy directions and easy app set / connection. The first scale I ordered ended up being faulty, I changed the batteries multiple times but the device failed to power up. I reached out to the customer service and received an initial response fairly quickly. I provided some photos and video of my issue. Unfortunately, due to a delay in my issue arising over a weekend / holiday season, the customer service rep was not able to get a hold of me again until I started a return. The company did offer a FREE replacement and did not require me to send back my original order. The customer service rep was amazing and tried everything to make my experience better. I really appreciated it. They were friendly, professional, and provided great follow up. This experience lead me to trying a second RunStar device. I reordered the same scale believing I got a random bad model. My second scale works like a dream! Easy start up, the app connects easily, when my scale is on the app instantly connects. The information on the reports provides amazing insights and is helping me to reach my goals in the gym. I would 100 percent buy from this scale and use this company again.
