Live Milk Kefir Grains to make kefir milk drink

Excellent. I have had these for months now and they are robust, increasing grains. It took a week or so of daily milk and straining to get going but once started they are delicious, well performing, increasing grains. I regularly have surplus grains that I sometimes pass on to interested friends, or I eat them.

Excellent kefir grains have quadrupled in size since u bought them. Very clear and concise instructions sent with them, easy to follow and I got results straight away. I now have more grains than I need. Definitely would recommend these grains.

I liked the advert main photo of large healthy Kefir grains, it looked good quality and value. What arrived was a packed of liquid with a few very tiny grains mixed in. I complained to the seller, they were very dismissive, saying that the product was OK. So don't buy this. It's like buying a bunch of carrots and getting a packet of seed!!!

You don't get 15g as stated in the listing, I weighed mine at 5.2g, but they do grow quickly. I've had mine for just under two weeks now and after getting through 2 litres of milk they now weigh 30g! The grains didn't take any time to get going and I didn't have to discard any of the first batches. They produce nice flavoured kefir and am very pleased with the overall performance of the grains. Their website provides very good guidance and information on making kefir too.

It took a few days to activate, but now is growing soooo fast, I had already given some to friends and twice had to dihydrate some as well.

Grain are in good health. But only gave 3 stars as advertised as 15g of grain. Received the grains in milk, and at most a small teaspoon max 5g. They count the milk as the other 10g ??

SIMPLY ZE BESHT <3 For someone who had no idea how kefir works, the instructions couldn't have been more helpful. The grains themselves seemed like a speck of dust when I opened the package. But they surprised me as they kept growing. Nearly two months since my purchase, my gut health has improved, no more bloating, and I make enough Kefir to feed a small community. Extremely happy with the purchase. I'm not the one to post reviews normally but the quality of this product compelled me to!!
