Great shoes
I bought these as a quick and easy shoe to be able to slip on for therapy after a right hip surgery, i know they're skater shoes, but dang they look great, are 1 of the most padded and comfortable shoes i've ever had, and they are made with excellent materials, and are extrenely durable abd well made, thinking about buying another exact pair just to put up.🤣🤣

Incredible design, shortcuts in material
Incredible design. A little more lowkey than the 2001's but, still bold for its massive logo on the tongue and the waves on the sides. At first I feared they'd be too lowkey even, but once you really put them on, they're at least as huge as the 2001's in size, therefore plenty of bulk still, only in a slightly toned down way. As for the material however, it's already seemingly the consensus online that Osiris' new age lineup comes in rather cheaper-feeling, lower fidelity materials relative to their original shoes from back in their prime. They just do not feel 100% as durable as they allegedly did back in the day, for instance the big Osiris logo on the OG's being made of soft, almost membrane-like plastic, as well as certain parts of the 2001 allegedly lifting or tearing easily. As for sizing, they are more or less true to size. Even for my flat wide feet, which does cause a bit of discomfort in the sides but it's slowly going away as they're breaking in. Other than that they're fairly comfortable. Lacing might seem tricky with such bulky shoes and its massive tongue. That said they seem to fit best when you lace them tightly all the way down, and use the top 2 lace holes as well, otherwise the tongue will loosen which results in a very loose fit.

One of the Tried and True Classics
I've had probably at least a dozen pairs of these over the years, in different colorways. I never really skated in them too heavily, because they deaden the board feel for me too much. Having said that, a lot of great skateboarders have done amazing things in these shoes. Since I didn't skate in these, they are extremely durable worn as a general all around shoe, and they are slip resistant. These bad boys are chunky, but light, and offer great support and an insane amount of protection. DVS and Osiris defined a generation with their offerings. The fat, strong skate shoe silhouette became classic, and synonymous with the greats. A major difference between these, and say something like the equally fantastic DVS Comanche, is the sizing. There's so much padding in the D3s, you'll generally need to go up half a size. I wear 9.5 in most sneakers, including the Comanche, but with the Osiris D3, I wear them in size 10, and they fit perfectly, even after a two week break in. First time I got a pair that was mostly black, but the white marbling is a nice touch, and several people have asked me what they are. If you're not going to skate in them, they will last you years, making them a crazy amount of value per dollar. Also, with all the colorways, and more being switched in and added every season, your bound to find something you like.

Get 1 size bigger than u normally wear!
First time I had a pair of d3’s was in 2002. Just bought my 2nd pair now. Still seems good quality. Only issue is these run SMALL. I had forgotten that anbout these. They run about 1 full size too small so order 1 size larger than u normally wear. It’s got a lot of padding everywhere so that’s y.

"Dang son!" Nostalgic style when comfort meant something
Most comfortable shoes I've had in a long while. I read the reviews before ordering and I took the recommendation of ordering up in size. Normally I wear a 9.5 so I ordered a 10 and they fit perfectly. Always get compliments for them. If you're like me and you liked the brand Adio these are very comparable and the price I got was a steal. Dope AF
