Great for bar tap handles!!
These long threaded nuts were awesome for a project I was working on I was making beer tap handles for bars and these were the exact size we needed. I was able to 3-D print the base and hammer these to be inserted for the base part. If you got any ideas that are 3-D printed related you can reach out TOA3D.com

Bad threads
The threads on this 1/2"-13 coupling are bad. These threads were machined wrong. They didn't fit my 1/2"-13 size bolt. I thought maybe they were metric, but they didn't fit a 12mm metric bolt either. Useless. I guess I got a bad batch. Their quality control is inconsistent it would seem.

It's a 10 count, not just two of them!
I guess I got lucky, the 1/2- 13 thread couplers worked fine for me, threaded on tapped axles, using them to add real wheels to a harbor freight 3500 inverter generator. See you tube if you have one of these. ๐ I failed to read the description right, and went by the pics that show two. They're a ten count
