I have been using clarins instant makeup remover for over 30 years now. None other compare. It rates well on the Yuka app (clean ingredients), and causes no irritation with my highly sensitive allergic eyes. It not only removes waterproof eye makeup but also any “stay on” lipsticks. It is by far the best makeup remover on the market and leaves no residue. I have tried them all!

This is the 6th bottle that I've purchased, and it is definitely different. It stinks. It irritates my skin and burns my eyes. Unfortunately it's too late too return. Now trying different brands to find something comparable to old formula. New is not better. I'd give it a negative star if I could.

I fell in love with Clarins Instant Eye Make-up Remover. It worked well, gently removing all eye make-up without drying out the skin around my eyes. While pricey, I felt it was worth it. This "NEW' version smells like bug spray, is not soothing, and I will not be purchasing it again.

My eyes immediately started watering and then burning after using. I rinsed off quickly but my eye lids remained slightly red and irritated for several hours. I had previously used this product for years but they changed the formula. I also miss the beautiful scent of the old formula. I’m so disappointed, unfortunately I will have to find another product line.

It still does the work, but the formula changed. I liked the other one so much better.

I used to love this eye makeup remover, now it smells so bad I have to wash it off! This new formula is awful!

I thought I got the wrong product - looks like the formula was changed. The old formula worked WAY better, my eyes are super sensitive and this makes my eyes burn, the old formula never did that. Looks like I need to try it a few more times before potentially switching to something else

Cleans very well, without need to stretch the skin and leaves the skin soft and hydrated ater using it.

I have bought this for many yearsand it is the best eye make up remover ever.Clarins changed the smell fairly recently, which I have to say I don't like. It still works brilliantly though!

I have used Clarins instant eye makeup remover for a number of years and wouldn’t use anything else. Although it gets rid of all stubborn makeup it’s gentle on the eyes and clears away even waterproof mascara instantly, you do have to be careful that you don’t mistake the Gentle Eye make up remover with the Instant Eye makeup remover, it’s an easy mistake to make as they both look similar, if you wear heavy eye makeup the Instant is the one for you.

I buy this product from Clarins directly normally . I decided to buy from Amazon this time & it smells peculiar. Not the normal smell at all. I have requested a refund.
