The reviews were great, however, I felt skeptical due to my own capability. I wasn't crafty, could I do this? Yes I did. The reviews were so helpful. I knew that I had to use a glue gun, that I had to ensure I left was able to access the cover when I needed to change out the batteries and that the strong provided wasn't strong enough. I went to Walmart and bought a big roll of 50lb monofilament string beforehand that only costs me $2+ and I really only used a little. However, when I received this product, I must say they must have improved the quality of the string, as it seemed sturdy enough, it seemed like maybe 30lbs as I compared both strings? I needn't actually need to buy a 50 lb string, however I used it still since I already bought it and I might as well used the strong string. I didn't wanted to return my string. I was amazed that the batting provided was really alot, you could gently separate it to fluff it more. Do not press down on the batting as you are gluing, so it gives a fluffier look. Overall, I think this is something you can easily DIY, but I would pay $15 for this convenience in securing all the materials. This is actually a very simple craft. We are very happy with it. :) Ps. I used a 3M ceiling hook and stuck a blu tack at the opening of the hook to prevent the string from sliding out. So far so good.

Super cute, kids love it! Just enough light they're not scared but not to bright that they stay awake and it has a timer so I can go to bed knowing the batteries wont be drained. They're favorite setting is the dimming in and out one, my favorite is the twinkley one!

Oh man so i didnt read the description fully to understand that i was putting this together and i needed a hot glue gun but after getting thise items assembly was uhhhh fun? Id never ysed a hot glue gun before and i get the hype now. I didnt use all of the cloud material for fear of breakig the hanging line but i managed to cover the cylinder container the materials came in without blocking the lid access to be able to change batteries still. Overall a sick dyi project that my partner and i absolutely loved now that its completed.

First of all, it came with no directions or glue. The batteries and pack are way too heavy to hang from the ceiling and pulls all the stuffing off. Do not waste your time or money!

Purchased for my 17yo son. He had fun creating it and hanging it. We purchased a sturdier line to hang it, as many other reviews have mentioned, and it was a success.

I bought this for my God child. she's just now getting into anime. She loves this in her room. I'm so glad was able to purchase this for her.

It didn’t come with any instructions but YouTube provided a few videos. I recommend using a glue gun to put it together and maybe a stronger line but the end result was awesome!
