Stainless small cable clamps. They work well and tighten very well.

I make my own custom length dog run and tie-out lines. These are stainless steel and of far higher quality than the cable clamps that come with the prepackaged kits. Very happy with my purchase.

These work wonders. Holds extremely well

These are much smaller than other (galvanized) 1/8" Cable Clips I've used in the past. As others have noted, they're so small they're difficult to handle, and require a 7 mm open-end wrench to tighten the two nuts. Even a thin-wall (1/4" drive) socket wrench won't fit on either of the nuts unless the other nut's flat side is exactly aligned with the outside of the socket. So I got them finger-tight with my 7 mm socket, and then finished the job with the open-end wrench. Doable - but not the easiest thing in the world. Still, you do get a lot of these clamps for the money, which is a good thing if you need more than just a few. I don't know if I would trust them where strength is important, but they did a fine job re-hanging some old 1/8" plastic-covered galvanized multi-strand clothesline I had, to make a garden trellis for my pole beans.

For the price point....... these are fine clips for an average installation. If your application is life or death..... buy Crosbys. I used these to install new wire rope guy wires on a leaning telephone pole and they all worked perfectly. By the way...... To remember how to install a wire rope clip correctly.... I use the ole saying...... Never Saddle a Dead Horse. Which means..... the u-bolt is the strap and the saddle is the saddle. The saddle NEVER goes on the dead end of the wire rope. The saddle is installed on the tension side. Hence.... You Never Saddle a Dead Horse. Easy to remember. I highly recommend these clips for the average everyday installation.

Work, but difficult to turn bolts because they are too close to each other.

Had some small steel cable that I wanted to hang it upside down bucket with but I wasn't quite sure how to do it until I saw these and they were perfect for about an eighth of an inch steel cable
