These work for me, as I only have mild intolerance and I much prefer chew-able tablets. Little pricey but taste good.

I bought these for my daughter, but having tried one myself I can hardly expect her to take this willingly! The taste is awful! And the texture does it no favors... It's chalky and then clumps up and sticks in your teeth so your left desperately trying to escape the horrendous taste! Ugh. Will not be buying these again.

I absolutely don't like chewable tablets but keep buying these because I found them effective! After many years of being on Proton Pump inhibitors, I discovered that not all indigestion feelings are acid indigestion and some are simply due to lactose intolerance. There is a warning on the bottle that you should not take more than the stated dose which is one but what it doesn't say; is whether it is after each meal or daily! I assumed it meant each meal and when I tried taking more than one close to each other I learned what they meant!

This is by far the best remedy for anyone who is Lactose intolerant. It is pleasant to take and works within minutes. Can be taken either before eating a dairy Product or immediately after. It is amazing.

Coeliacs Beware. This product contains gluten. I became ill after using it. I feel this should really be stated on the product description on amazon, as I'd never have bought it. The writing on the bottle is so tiny. Waste of money for me.

if your no dairy food, solgar lactase wafers are nice if you go out for meal with no worries of eating any dairy food. good deliver time as well.

Hola: En mi caso tengo que decir que tomada previamente antes de consumir algún producto lácteo, no padezco ningún síntoma relacionado con la intolerancia de la lactosa. Por tanto, doy una valoración positiva a este producto. En referencia al coste por unidad, quizás lo vea un poco elevado, en comparación con otras marcas. Aún así, para mi es un producto recomendable.
