I only found out about bovine collagen benefits a year ago. Our bodies naturally make collagen, but that slows down as we get older. I've tried both powder and liquid versions and thought gummies sounded interesting.You receive 60 gummies, which when taken once a day, provides a two-month supply. At the time of purchase, I found these to be a fair deal at £12.97. I have also seen them on offer for £7.97, which is a great deal.These gummies are better than the powder kind, which can taste unpleasant. They're chewier than other gummies I've tried but are still easy to chew. They taste okay; a bit fruity, but I can taste the bovine collagen.Despite this, I am open to the idea of these gummies, but I'll need to see if they help my skin before buying more.There are other collagen gummies on the market, but for the price, these are not a bad choice.

Been using them for a month and can see a difference

I ordered this because I am at that age where I am more focused on skin and hair care than I was when I was in my teens and twenties. I have taken a few different collagens, because they seem to help, but I already take quite a few supplements, so I didn’t want to add another capsule to my daily regime. That is why I decided to give these gummies a try.The Good:🙂 60 day supply🙂 Contains 500mg collagen as well as biotin, vitamin c and seleniumThe Bad:😒 The texture - these “gummies” are a lot tougher than gummies usually are. It is like chewing a piece of rubber. The first time I chewed one of these it felt like I was chewing it for ages, before I finally managed to break it down into smaller pieces. I ended up swallowing the big chunks whole.😒 The flavor – while these aren't repulsive, I would definitely not describe them as yummy. They don’t taste like pineapple, not even a faint hint of pineapple flavor at all. They have a very slightly sweet fruit punch flavor mixed with a mildly bitter metallic taste.😒 The smell – these smell like a bottle of old multivitamins and old socks. The smell takes a lot of getting used to.Overall, I am kind of undecided about these at this point. The smell and taste is a little off-putting, but I will try to continue taking these to see how well they work after regular use for several weeks.

These were not quite what I was expecting. They are very chewy to what I was suspecting, but by no means are they difficult to take, and are still quite nice. You can taste the pineapple flavoure, and also get a hint of the vauge taste of collagen if you've ever taken it in powdered form - usually tasteless but I can taste a hunt of the unflavoured version of collagen.You only need one of these per day for 500mg of collagen, which is a 60 day supply. Overall I would recommend them.
