6 months and already chipping away. For the price of this item, I would have expected it to last longer and hold up better.

Very Helpful Staff
Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first key did not work and the desk person was gone helping someone on the second floor. The maintenance man got us in our room and located/informed the desk clerk. All worked out thanks to friendly "willing to help" staff. We appreciate the positive attitudes, Gary & Elaine Pruyn
