Light running sauce
It's a light sauce, not a paste, it’s more sweet than salty, and has a medium kick. This will be good for sauté noodle and the likes. It’s not thick or salty enough to be used as a marinade, like in steamed Chinese styled spareribs.

Great flavor, Great ingrediants!
This sauce is really delicious. It is a bit garlicy, but that is balanced out well with the other ingredients. I also just love the ingredients, everything is natural and real. It only has: Water, Garlic, Ginger, Soybean oil, fermented black beans, sesame seed oil, onions, brown sugar, rice vinegar, roasted sesame, soya extract, corn flour, chili flakes, yeast extract, salt, and asian spices. It tastes really rich and robust, it is great on some meat over rice or rice noodles. Love that it comes in a glass jar as well.
