I smoke 80 a day from my 20s to 40s, so having to stop due to health reasons was greatly upsetting for me. Like saying goodbye to an old friend I had to use several nicotine replacement. So with an inulater and patched and lozenges. To start with. It took several months to get used to not using my hands etc, so eventually I’m only on lozenges now. Been stopped smoking for 10 years but can’t seem to stop the lozenges but I suppose it’s better than smoking.
