Q: Why are these packaged loose in a cardboard box and without the original packaging?

If you look at who this product is sold by it says "Deals on Call", not Tim Horton. What "deals on call" probably does is buy in bulk, and I'm talking hundreds in a box and then they resell in smaller quantities in a plain brown box. This also happened to me and I returned the product. Always check who the seller is.
