The taste is rich and flavoursome.
Only cheese I will eat, it’s rich in flavour and body. Great on its own in a salad on toast sandwiches. It’s creamy and not crumbled. Love it.

Tasty cheese, good value
Cheese was delicious, however the cheese kept on turning the fridge light on and off continuously, so not quite as mature as described. 😉

Still a favourite but now an occasional luxury treat as so expensive.
Lovely, creamy, morish cheese with full cheddar flavour but boy, this has become expensive as it gains in popularity. I would have thought that mass and scale of production would have resulted in cost savings but, apparently the opposite applies.
