useful for what intenden. Good and comfortable

After trying several other brand neck collars, I have finally found one that actually supports my neck in the way I wanted. Suffering from the blight of osteoarthritis, in so many bones but, the worst is my spine/neck. I feel as if my head cannot be supported by my neck. This product is the answer, it is also the CHEAPEST of the many bought in error! Not too spongy (head drops putting pressure on the neck base, which defeats the objectivity of it!), not too rigid (unable to move/uncomfortable/ and, unable to eat, drink or swallow easily). So, my title explained. AT LAST ! Eureka

Good design, and of good quality. But the height is to short to support me. This is probably perfect for women only. Sadly I will return as it does not fit me in the height. Length is just right.

Good support all round.

It’s good quality, well made but very uncomfortable. There are rubber “teeth” inside which seem to rest on the chin and slide up on to your face. Will have to try and find material to cover it. Bought it because of good reviews but not as expected.

At last!!!! Relief from my neck pain and horrible headaches that it caused. So easy to use and it is comfortable and effective. The velcro fastener is adjustable to accomodate neck size. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny to ease nagging neck pain and the headaches it caused. Highly recommend

I thought this would be more comfortable given the silicone panel for air to pass through... I was wrong. The silicone is not well fitted, meaning where it bends to fit the neck, it 'crumples' and parts of it dig in to your neck. Also, the silicone doesn't flex well, maybe it's the silicone or how it's fitted to the rest of the collar, but it feels very restrictive, pushing on the throat and impacting breathing.

Delivered as described and on time. Best one that I have purchased. Very comfortable to wear as a passenger found that it helped with supporting neck whilst travelling especially on rough roads.
