Good healthy tea leaves
Nice flavour tea drink, but a bit pricy.

Didnt work for me
I really wanted this to work but unfortunately i didnt see or feel any noticeable change whilst using it on my weight loss journey. Nice tasting and pleasant to drink as much as lets say green tea is pleasant to drink comparatively but aside from that not great for what it was bought for.
