How does this product compare to "industrial toilet bowl cleaner, partno 1090, by rooto corporation?"

Never use toilet cleaner to clean counter...Use 1% beach+99% water to clean counter,table....2% beach+98% water to clean Floor,,Door handle...ect....IN Feb and March ,I saw lot of beach/gal,,sale in dollar tree,and 99 cent store...Good luck.
