The complaint was raised immediately after purchase on 2/3rd day as the device is not getting connected to network most often. This was done as I trusted that there might be some software upgrade required and there need not be return or replacement.Then the service person closed the request scheduled after 5-6 days that I am not reachable and nobody called or visited.I was out of country and was busy to followup and in Amazon I was not getting option to reassign the service person also and after returning i see that there is no choice for me and I wast d my money of 18,000 on this stupid device, falsely sold by Amazon.
