Works great! However, if you have not cleaned your windows in a year or more, you may want to get the embedded grime off before using this the first time. This will easily keep the windows clean if used regularly.

i did have it fall the first time i used it..not sure why..but not since....is it perfect..no..but does a good job..for me..you might have to run it a few times on the window..

This is an inferior product. Wouldn't waste the money on it. It deserves one star because of Amazon's great return policy! It left smudges, which wouldn't be an issue; just tell the guy to do another sweep. It's noisy, but nobody is perfect.I noticed the control had a very limited range, and that made me concerned. The quality isn't there. But I could have lived with that along with those savings!Then the robot fell. Multiple times. I changed the pads in the thing, and it worked fine for one whole window. I switched windows, and it fell again. It can't get through a single window without falling.It's too cheap, it doesn't have enough suction, and ironically, that makes it suck a**.I truly believe in these robots, though! Especially because I'm too lazy to clean my windows myself. But as soon as the credit hits my account, I'm buying a better-reviewed, tested model.

Gets the job done and not too shabby for under a hundred bucks. Bought it because the wife hates cleaning windows and I'm sure as heck not gonna do 'em manually. Now, I have a toy to play with and there's one less chore for her to deal with...win-win. Time will tell how long it stands up but pleased so far.Updated to show it works on tile, too! Our grout lines are pretty narrow (1/16" maybe?) but this is just a bonus. A big bonus at that.

Initially, I loved this robot. It appeared to do an excellent job cleaning my windows. But in the light of day it was like waking up from a bad date. The sun shining on the windows directly revealed they were worse than before I used the robot.I tried every trouble shooting options and reached out to customer support only to be told make the pads wetter first (direct conflict to manual) and that I should just return it. So that’s what I did.

Tenía dudas de comprar esta máquina pero he quedado sumamente feliz y sorprendido. Hace un gran trabajo, mucho mejor que si lo hiciera a mano.DEBES tener en cuenta asegurarlo a la cuerda de vida . Y en mi caso la mejor experiencia es usar solo agua y de vinagre blanco mezclado por partes iguales

If you're okay with it's limitations you will appreciate this little machine. It can't do corners. Seriously, how could it? It can leave streaks on really, really dirty windows (like mine). The remote is quirky. Or maybe it's just me. I could not seem to make it work reliably so I just gave up and hit a button until it started working again. But, for all these limitations, it is the BEST for upper story windows! I started off downstairs and the photos are from the first window I tried. I got MUCH better at it by the time I finished upstairs. You don't need Windex. No, really, just the water in the machine is enough. You might want to go over the window a couple of times. I finished up by wiping with a clean rag. It lost suction a couple of times at the end. I did 10 windows and I didn't change the pads so they were very dirty by the end. I compared the results with the three downstairs windows I had washed last week by hand and the robot did as good a job as I did. Not better, but easier. And SO much easier for the upstairs windows. Now, if someone could tell me how to use this on my skylights...!

evita la fatiga de limpiar cristales grandes, debes pasar varias veces la máquina con las almohadillas en seco para que queden los cristales en buenas condiciones.

Très bon achat selon moi. Il lave très bien et ne laisse aucune bariole. Par contre, comme nous sommes en hiver, je ne l'ai pas essayé à l'extérieur sur des vitres avec des résidus de sable. À suivre au printemps... Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car à cause du positionnement du fil et du cordon de sécurité, il bloque au bas de la vitre mais sinon je suis très satisfaite du produit pour le prix.
