If you use an ice cream machine it will incorporate air as it churns so a litre mix will yield approx 1•2 litres of product. How many portions depends upon your serving size. Hope that helps

Can I use this for a pan n ice ice cream roller ?

Hello Chloe, I am not sure if you can use it on a pan and ice-cream roller. The instructions on the pack say 'After opening pour directly into a commercial Ice-cream Freezer. I think it may work but I have not tried it so cannot say for certain. Sorry couldn't be of much help.

You don't do either of those things!!... it is not cream. It is an ice cream mix for an ice cream machine.
