Novation Launchkey 49 MK4 USB MIDI Keyboard Controller

The key sensitivity is spot on—velocity feels accurate and expressive, letting me play dynamics naturally without fighting it.Setup was a breeze: plugged in via USB, and it worked right away with my DAW—no hassle at all.Daily use is intuitive; everything flows smoothly, and the creative modes keep inspiration coming.Control buttons, pads, and knobs are responsive and well-placed—makes tweaking fun and precise.Build quality feels sturdy and premium for the price. It's seriously leveled up my sessions. Genuine great value—super happy with it.

Its an amazing bit of kit. Completely opened up abletons capabilities. I'm enjoying the 49 keys and the chance to play with both hands. The combinations of sounds and instruments is endless. Couldn't be happier.

Whats not to like?PROS:Latest Version 4 fully Compatible with Ableton Live 12.Fantastic value for money.Easy to use.I have been waiting for this upgrade as previous product was not quite there. It does everything I wanted from product.CONS: Keyboard is kind of weighted not great but perfectly adequate for the price.5 STARS as it DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN.Qualifier: I have not used it for a long time. If my opinion changes I will update review.

Superb, really pleased, fantastic key action and very programable still working out all it can do, great valve for money, thinking about getting a 61 key as well

Very good quality keyboardVery versatile

There is a minefield of settings that will take ages to go through. I had problems with minimac and sound output. You need to take it out of easy start, and on Mac each audio interface has its own output setup.I needed support & was given a phone number from online chat. One of the best support service I have ever encountered

Integrates well with Ableton. Keybed improved from previous versions. Arpeggiator a bonus. Worth the upgrade from MK2.

Overpriced piece of junk made of cheap plastic. The keybed is truly AWFUL, terrible dynamic and overall feel. It's also unnecesarily chunky and it breaks easily (as I was saying, extremely cheap plastic). The only thing this controller has going on is its internal software, but there's nothing that it does that you couldn't do a thousand times better from within your computer (the all chords thing) or simply from a better built device. The worst Novation Instrument I've ever owned. On a side not, even if your product is under warranty, if you live in the uk and the unit is faulty, good luck having it replaced!Just Awful experience overall. I whish I never bought this (well, I whish I bought something good instead!)

Works very well, a good investment, well built, semi-weighted keys feel smooth. I have a few different midi controllers and this one's my favorite

Had to registar it a couple times to get the codes for the software to work.First codes only worked once.
