Great Customer Service
This seller is quick to respond to customer service needs. The bench was beautiful and great quality. It was easy to put together. The issue I had was not related to quality or service and the seller offered options to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company and the products they offer.

Defective manufacture, Excellent Customer Service
Made in China. There are no pre-drilled holes in the lids. The was the case with two that I ordered. There are not enough screws either. There is no quality control from the manufacture. It is not worth the trouble. UPDATE: The seller gave me a discount for having to hire someone to drill the holes for me. It was fair. The benches themselves are gorgeous and of good quality. Increased this review from one to four stars.

Beautiful!
I needed an ottoman to go under the window in my dining room that not only looked nice but that my cat can also enjoy. I purchased the ottoman with the flowers and it is exactly as pictured. I was a little hesitant of the price and no reviews (at the time) but I really fell in love with it. The quality justifies the cost and it really does bring my dining room together. My cat also gives it five beans up.

This Beautiful Storage bench ‘SMELLED LIKE MANURE’!!!
Adeco 32 inch Rectangular Storage Ottoman Bench, Script Printed Linen Upholstered Ottoman…. ‘SMELLS LIKE MANURE!!! We were assembling this Beauty when we noticed a specific SMELL ‘MANURE’!!! We took a chance and sat , ONE particular piece (the bottom inside piece 🤮this is the ONLY smelly piece ) on the patio for 2 days. NOTHING! It still smelled like manure!!! Customer Service was not helpful….. I’m going to try it again and request a replacement (RELUCTANTLY) of this item 😬 It does have quality issues … still like’in. Hoping it comes in before Christmas 🎄

Great for storing pillows or a blanket.
This fit perfect in front of my sofa. Nice and soft to put feet up while watching TV.

Good for what you pay for
Instructions not helpful. Would be great if there was a QR code to the video on the instructions. The video shows the side hinges not attached. Ours came with the hinges attached to the sides. I like that the lid doesn’t slam closed, but the hinges are so tight that it doesn’t close all the way. The holes in the top were covered in fabric so you couldn’t see where they were. The silver screws did not have points. Had to use an awl to poke holes. One leg has nick/gouge in the wood.

Great look size and comfortable to sit on
I used this by my door so people can sit and put their shoes on. I also like the storage I put our winter gear in it.

Horrible Smell
So... The fabric smells like straight B.O. I have had to DOUSE this in fabreeze to cover that smell up. The instructions were completely useless but thank goodness for the video on the profile up top... The hinges were really hard to get on as they were attached to the sides of the ottoman, not the top cover. The top cover isn't flush with the rest of the ottoman either Overall, it is very pretty and has the colors I needed but I do not think it was worth $120... $70 at best >=^\
