I had a mouth guard for tooth grinding made at the dentist. I ground right through it. At $400 I was not happy. Although I have not mastered fitting it perfectly, it does the job. My jaw is not sore in the morning. The price makes it worth it. If it wears out, make another one.

I thought I was going to like these but being the instructions were in Celsius, the first pair didn’t melt properly. The other two melted into blobs and became unusable. I only saved one of the blobs. They do protect your teeth quite well. The value was great. They helped me not grind my teeth at night.
