Strong, sturdy, wallet friendly
Great product. I have 3 of these desks and they work great. Very stable, strong motors and easy to assemble, plus the price is fair. One of the desks I use as a work bench (not intended use) but it holds up well to weight and typical work bench use. Ive loaded it up with about 300lbs of stuff and cycled the motor many times in a row without issue. Highly recommend

Great Desk for the Price/Class
I am one day into using this desk and I like it a lot. I was looking for a lower-priced standing desk for a small home office. 1. Delivery. Keep in mind that the desk will come in 2 shipments - the top and the rest of it. All parts were free from damage. 2. Assembly. While there wasn't anything complex, block off 2-3 hours for assembly. Based on others' feedback, I was sure to inventory the parts before starting work. Everything was present. One minor issue is that a couple of the parts were missing labels to which the instruction manual refers. Occasionally, the holes drilled into the desktop were a bit hard to line up. Overall, no showstoppers for me. 3. Quality. This desk is entry-level, which is why I bought it, so things to expect: a. Material. Desktop material is engineered but still looks nice for a casual or home office. The desktop comes in 3 parts, so keep in mind that you'll have 2 seams on your desktop, one of which will be around the area where your keyboard is placed. While other reviewers showed the seams being misaligned, mine is perfect. Higher end desks will have solid wood and usually won't have seams or only one seam. The metal parts of the desk appear well engineered from quality material. b. Control pad/function. The desk moves up and down similar to other desks that I've used. It has 4 memory buttons that are easy to set, as well as a manual up/down buttons. The desk goes much higher than I could use being average height. I wish it went a little lower, but Vivo was accurate in its description, so I knew this. You could adjust the chair higher and have a leg rest or buy one of Vivo's keyboard holders so that you have proper form when using a keyboard or mouse. When the desk goes to its peak height, it is a little shaky, but sturdy enough at the standing height that I use. c. Design. It is a good looking desk given its price/class. It has no crossbars at the bottom, so your legs are free to move. Giving this 5 stars for its class (lower end of the pricing spectrum) and its basic functionality for this type of desk.

The only L-shaped electric standing desk I could find at this size
I used to think that it wasn't going to be possible to get a standing desk for my current office setup, as I have quite a bit of equipment that requires a large desk. Almost all standing desks out there are the same--just a regular rectangle shape, roughly the same size. The few that I could find that were L-shaped were too small for my needs. But then I found this option, and so far I'm very happy with it. It's nice and big, which allows me to fit everything that I need on it with room to spare. The electric adjustment functionality so far has worked perfectly as well. It's not as quiet as some other ones that I've used at my office, but it functions fine and is easy to program and use. The material is what you would expect. A metal frame with a fake wood top--I think particle board with a laminate over that. It seems sturdy enough, and has allowed me to mount various accessories to the underside for storage and cable management. You will need to assemble the product, and it's a bit of a project, so prepare for a couple hours of assembly to get this thing ready to go. However, even the moderately handy will be able to assemble it without too much trouble. I've had the desk for several months now, and it has performed flawlessly in that time. We'll see how it continues to hold up, but so far I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this particular model of desk.

Amazing desk, not so great instructions
I wanted to upgrade my previous L desk to a sit stand variety and I’m very pleased with this one. My general thoughts about the actual product are very positive. It’s very very sturdy, doesn’t feel cheaply made, and it’s nice that it provides different ways to assemble it. I’ve had this desk for a couple weeks and I’m happy to say that it has had zero issues thus far. It raises and lowers smoothly, no hiccups, you can save a sitting and standing position of your choosing, and toggle through a few other settings at your discretion. If you have any monitor arm desk mounts and you’re wondering if the desk can support it, it’s safe to say absolutely yes. I have two separate LX HD ergotron arms, one holding a 24” 16lb cintiq, and the other holding a 27” 10lb S2721Q. The desk holds just fine. They’re not drilled in, just clamped to the edge. The actual desk is so heavy I don’t ever have to worry about it falling over or something and it keeps steady when I move the monitors around. The desktop is surprisingly very durable given the material. The desk came in two separate packages that both arrived super early and within a day or two of each other. All the pieces were there, plus a little baggie of spare screws. Only one part was damaged but it happened to be one of the foot pads. The screw for it broke off the pad part but I was able to hammer it back into the little “socket” with some gorilla glue. Really just a minor inconvenience and has had absolutely no effect on the desk’s performance. My biggest gripe about this product is the instructions. While the instructions were detailed and thorough for each of the three assembly options, they kept switching the perspectives for each darn step (sometimes even had the wrong assembly option too) so it was extremely frustrating and confusing to follow. I ended up starting over two or three times. I didn’t exactly have the best experience, but in hindsight the desk is quite simple to build now that I know how to go about it. One thing to note is you will have to drill some holes yourself. The screws provided are not self tapping. And while I was able to get all the existing holes to line up well enough by keeping all the screws loose before tightening everything, there were quite a few spots that lacked pre drilled holes at all. It seems Vivo makes really great quality products but is horrible at accurate, clear instructions. I also bought a keyboard tray from them and the instructions had a significant discrepancy but the product rocks. If you’re on the fence about whether to get this desk, know that it’s worth every penny. (=

Sturdy and very well packaged.
First of all, the packaging for this was very solid. It uses the good kind of packing material and the box came with corner protectors as well. Despite the fact that one of the boxes (it comes in two boxes) was damaged, the internals were so well packaged that I couldn't find anything wrong. The desk is a single motor L-shaped desk that was relatively easy to install, did so in about 30 min. I assembled it using an electric driver and a manual driver with varying hex and phillips heads. No drilling needed. I did not do the method of turning it over and assembling it onto the top upside down and instead turned the legs over once I had them assembled and placed the top and screwed it down from under the desk. This likely saved me on time. So far it is very sturdy. The motor is relatively quiet (quieter than the fan in the same room) and takes about 20 seconds or so to go from bottom to top. I thought I would have a problem with the speed but it's actually been fine and I don't mind it at all. The desktop also sits on rubber gromets at each screw point to absorb vibrations though I haven't actually encountered any vibrations to worry about. Overall, the desk has been solid so far and is plenty of room for 3 monitors, a laptop and my desktop with enough room still for a 36 in x 40 x desk mat. This desk doesn't come with any other accessories like cup holders or headphone mounts, but I kinda like that since I never had faith in those cup mounts and the headphone mounts I've seen are in set positions.

Great computer desk, very solid
I had been looking for a good desk for a while. Finally convinced myself to give this one a try. The size and shape are the one I like, very easy to lay out my computer and monitors. The best feature of this desk is the adjustable height. I spend a lot of time working at the desk, so this is must-have for me. Changing the height for sitting or standing is as easy as pushing a button. More important, this desk has a thick plank and feels very sturdy. I know there is no storage, which you will need to buy it separately to fit personal needs. I am fine with that as long as the desk works well for me.

Great standing desk
Great desk, does take some time (and space) to set up as you will need to build upside down then flip. No issues with height adjustment, customer service has been great (answering questions about specs, etc). It is sturdy, no wobble issues, looks great and with all the attachments, very versatile!
