I bought these as I wanted to quit vaping, to improve my overall health, and to attempt to keep my nicotine cravings at bay. I started on step 3, as I wasn't a particularly heavy user. Pros: eliminated all my cravings, easy to stick to my chosen area and remove when needed, easy to follow directions. Cons: a little irritation to the areas I applied the patch but nothing major - if you rotate the areas as per the instructions, then its completely fine. Overall, a really useful tool to quit vaping and kept my nicotine cravings at bay without the need for me to vape.

I used these to come off my vape, I only needed to use two, best thing I ever did, I was a smoker for 25years and stupidly went on a vape and got addicted for 9 years plus, it was never out of my hand or mouth.

Didn't work for me, am allergic to patches.

I combined this with the quickmist because it didn't completely help with mouth cessation. But the quickmist became another addiction. This product was definitely the best solution by itself to help achieve an nicotine addiction-free life. It also didn't create rashes compared to other brands.
