Awesome mixer!
I used to think I wanted a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, but my lack of counter space and my back injury determined otherwise. This mixer is awesome! Did exceptionally well with my cookie dough using the flat beater. Next up is a batch of bread with dough hook.May not last as long as a big brand might, but fantastic buy for the money and so far performance. Easy to set up and clean up. Not very heavy weight wise, but suction cups on bottom lock it in place where ever you put it.Love this thing!!

Powerhouse
I’m thrilled with my new mixer. I have a Kitchen Aid mixer but it is the smaller version. I bake sourdough bread frequently and like to multiply the recipe. This mixer accommodates the larger recipe and has absolutely no problems kneading the dough effectively. The suction cups secure the mixer to the counter with no movement. This mixer is lightweight and does a better job than my Kitchen Aid which weighs a ton. I have no difficulty lifting it onto the counter as I did with my Kitchen Aid.It seems to be durable enough but only time will tell.It mixes and kneads the dough well.It is a little noisy when mixing the dough but not too loud.

Too big for small batches, great for hard to knead doughs
This thing is powerful and huge. I've mixed up a dough that was almost entirely vital wheat gluten which is a very tough rubbery dough to knead and it handled it well.I also used it to mix ground pork and veggies for dumplings, make Hawaiian butter mochi, chocolate buttercream frosting, keto cinnamon rolls. For me personally the bowl is way too big. Sometimes I'm only making a small batch of something like just enough frosting for a cake and it has a hard time mixing small amounts. It doesn't go to the bottom of the bowl close enough to grab small amounts of ingredients. The whisk also tends to not whisk well except at higher speeds. It sits more in the middle of ingredients and you need to do a lot of scraping to get it to incorporate. At low speeds it won't even break eggs. Because of how close the bowl is to the top of the machine it is hard to add ingredients during mixing without pouring them onto the machine. It is very easy to clean the bowl and tools as they are all metal. The bowl, again, is huge. It takes up a lot of space. This isn't a bowl you want to sit and soak in your sink because it's almost the size of half my sink. It's easier just to wash it up right away and dry it and put it away. It takes up a huge space in the cabinet. If you aren't trying to feed a large group constantly then go with the smaller bowl size.It does a good job staying in place with the feet but is still easy to lift up. This thing is fairly heavy which is to be expected for a machine like this.I still find myself using my old broken electric hand beater that's missing one side more often for quick or small things like whisking eggs, or making single amounts of frosting.

Absolutely the Best of the best
For years I had one of those other brands that weigh a ton and are extremely over priced. The issue was I could never finish mixing an entire batch of bread in them because it was not big enough. I sold it and bought this kitchen in a box. This thing is the BEST, The BEAST, The BOMB. After 30 years of making bread for my family I am finally able to use my recipe that calls for 10 cups of flour without having to remove it from the mixer because it won't fit. This mixer has plenty of room for my 10 cups of flour plus more if needed. I was able to make the entire recipe and go through the kneading process before removing the dough from the bowl. I am amazed at how much power this has. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's very durable and I love the silver color. Making bread will be enjoyable from now on. Everyone needs a kitchen in a box mixer. I just wish I had one of these 30 years ago

Powerful mixer, worth the price!
This mixer was a hopeful purchase to find a larger-capacity, lighter weight alternative to our Kitchenaid mixer. We do a LOT of baking (so much that we have been considering making it a home business). I was a little nervous at first but decided to take the chance on it and I am so glad I did! The first test it was put through was Christmas cookies. 60 dozen of them in dough of varying amounts and densities. This thing powered through them all like a champ!Pros - price, power, capacity, lightweight, sturdy attachments, easy to use. Cons - spout size in lid is hard to pour in ingredients however the lid seals really well to minimize mess. Some consider it a con to have to scrape the bowl but you have to do that with ANY mixer, and it's easy with this one.Overall recommend this as a good stand mixer without a super hefty price tag.

Extremely satisfied with my product!
I'm extremely satisfied with my mixer! A few months ago I bought one from a well-known brand, it couldn't stand beating bread as the manufacturer said. I had to return it and that's when I found this one! This one I can make two recipes, without it heating up the engine, without turning it off! The only difference is that its material is a plastic, but it manages to keep it well fixed without disturbing its operation. I found the engine noise normal like the others! And her bowl is fantastic!

Mixer
I just can’t even give it one star. It is just terrible. I thought by the description that it would work for me to make sourdough bread, it didn’t, in fact the mixer started shaking so bad I thought it would shake off my counter. I had to give it a star even though I really didn’t want to.
