A bottle of concentrated tsuyu sauce with added bonito flakes for a deeper, richer flavour. Tsuyu is the delicious soup stock used for most Japanese noodle dishes, hotpots and can even be used as a rich dipping sauce for tempura. Tsuyu has become an increasingly popular condiment in Japan and is made from a blend of dashi soup stock and a mixture of soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Use this concentrated tsuyu sauce as a dipping sauce or soup in which to enjoy your somen, soba or udon noodles. This soup stock is concentrated so don’t forget to mix with water before enjoying! For a noodle dipping sauce, mix the same amount of tsuyu and water and for a noodle soup, the proportion is 1:3.

Must needed item! Have it with Soba or Udon, add a dash for flavored rice, use it for Japanese styled pasta (shiitake and chicken goes great). It may be a bit over priced but buying it from Japan center will be about the same. 10/10 highly recommended.

too much overpriced
it's the right taste of a proper Japanese noodle soup, but the price is crazy. you can easily get a bottle like this around £3 in Asia. May not buy again.
