Pros: Absolutely loved it. I have sensitive skin and eyes. It has like a cooling effect. Soothing. Not irritating. I use the second mode on upper lashes and first mode on lower and love it. Noticeable and not dramatic either. Perfect for work. module 3 and 4 are more dressy. Cons: Neither was box sealed, nor the mascara wand. That's usually a deal breaker not knowing how much product has already been used by someone? Like is it a tester or genuinely unopened? So yes for the product. No from online if possible for you. It doesn't overtly seem used. And- not water proof. But yes, love it, enjoying it. Especially the soothing 💚
