Didn't Work
I installed the application that came with the stick, set parameters, and the program terminated with a message that it did noting. I deleted the app, reinstalled, repeated the procedure and got the same result. I returned the product to Amazon.

Worked with my Android just fine!
I uploaded my phone information, thought it didn't work because I never saw a "finished" notification, so put it in the box and forgot about it. A week or so ago, I pulled it out, plugged it in to my PC and like magic all of my photos were there! It worked great!

USB-A Would not worK on Windows 10 (2 Computers tried) !
USB-C loaded pictures from IPhone 15 but would not transfer to Any Windows10 USB port). Would not even that a drive was inserted! Windows 11 Worked as Advertised. Tech Support tried to help but no success.
