It's a horn
It works. Don't have a decibels meter , questionable about 300 decibels. Not as loud as the stock horn.

horn does not make any noise even hooked up direct with jumper wires
the advertising sounds great the horn simply does NOT make any noise other than a very slight humming from having continuity saw the "if it doesn't work try a better wiring harness" this thing did not work hooked up direct

It is no way a "train horn" .....not that loud. It looks well made, just Not loud. Sorry

Performance
These babys are loud, you ever wish you could really get someone's attention, well these make a great addition to your existing horn/horns, relatively easy to install, sturdy build, and they work great, nice and loud! And not a bad price for safety!!
