Great so far. Too early to tell.

Sounded good. Liposomal Nicotinamide Riboside & Resveratrol & Quercetin. Another brand had the same ingredients. So I judged the item from the other review. My wife has diabetes and most likely metabolic syndrome as well. I haven't noticed any benefit but didn't really expect any. My wife had her morning blood sugar spike. Repeatedly. I'm not sure if it's a transient event. Apparently the NAD recycle pathway malfunctions in metabolic syndrome. Nicotinamide Riboside operates in that pathway. One purchaser of the other items noted the same morning blood sugar spike. Something to be aware of. My wife stopped taking these. You can't really fault the product.

I used this for 2 months this and noticed no difference.

What I like: I am especially grateful that there's no soy, gluten or sugar added to this product. I like that there are only 3 ingredients, which makes it easier for me to take other daily supplements without concern that I'm overlapping the same elements from this product when taking my other supplements. I could claim that I feel a boost in energy from this product, but I cannot make such a claim, as I take other supplements throughout the day, so it'd be difficult for me to determine which supplement is actually giving me my energy boost. What I don't like: There's nothing I dislike about the product. I would likely order this item again.
